Bringing in spirituality in your life can be a challenge. In a world infested with selfies, Kardashians, and bad news - we find it hard to keep our news feed filled with light, positivity, and love.
Through various social media outlets as well as podcasts, I have cultivated a list of my very favorite spiritual teachers to follow. The people on this list bring exceptional value and guidance! And let me tell you, I'm super picky with what I allow on my news feed.

3) Aaron Doughty
Aaron came onto the scene starting a youtube channel and his following has grown to over 500k subscribers on youtube, and 125k on instagram. He does a great job breaking down the scientific and metaphysics aspects of spirituality and he has also started his own podcast.

4) Kathrin Zenkina
Kathrin is a self-made millionaire who focuses on law of attraction, mindset reframing, and manifestation. Kathrin documents her life and her teachings through her instagram and her podcast. By the looks of it, Kathrins profile looks like a luxury lifestyle blog but her messaging, and her content is pure gold!
