DIY Simmering Potpourri
Vanilla - Has both calming and strengthening properties. Can raise the positive vibrations in a room to enhance feelings of peace, tranquility and comfort. Used in spells for love and friendship.
Cloves – For wealth and prosperity. It drives away negative energy. Love and friendships.
Cinnamon sticks/powder – Attracts success, luck, brings healing, love and protection into your life. Purifying negative energy from the home.
Apple - symbolize love, are associated with health and well- being, symbolize gratitude, generosity, harvest, and abundance.
DIY Simmering Potpourri
Lemon slices – Purification, happiness and beauty.
Orange slices - Love, divination, luck & money, prosperity.
Bay leaves – Used for making wishes. Raises vibrations. Manifesting. Write intentions/wishes on leaves before adding to simmer pot if desired.
Rosemary – Lends a fresh, herbal scent and is used for protection and has a cleansing energy.
Star Anise – For clarity. Provides a protection energy and a restful sleep.
Allspice berries, leaves, or ground – For money, abundance, luck and obtaining treasure. It is very uplifting and said to increase energy.
