How to meet your guardian angel

Ever want to know who your guardian angel is? Well, I am here to tell you that it is easier than you expect to get in contact with them!

Below is an exercise you can use to help you connect with your guardian angel! It is super simple, and a lot of fun!

CONNECTING TO YOUR ANGEL

What You Need: A pen & notebook.

Step one: Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for at least 15 minutes. Set the Scene to clear your space of any former energies that may be lingering and to let spirit know you are ready to connect. If you have a ritual before a reading, now is a good time to do it.

I like to gather some crystals and light some incense and say a short prayer. This kind of ritual is highly personal so don't think you need to do exactly what I do. Just use your intuition and do whatever feels good to you.

Process:

Get yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Put on some calming, meditation music if you would like. Take a huge breath, breathing in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Take another breath in again through your nose and out through your mouth, releasing any stress from the day. Then take another breath in and breathe out.

Imagine

Imagine yourself joining with that energy and ascending upwards with the energy through the ceiling, right through to the roof on your building, above the roof, overlooking the surrounding houses and neighborhood- before shooting right up through the clouds, going through the star formations and going higher and higher- feeling all the stress of the day falling away as you accelerate higher- until you reach a huge blanket of sparkling white light.

Immerse yourself in the white light and say the following:

Great Spirit & Creator. I ask that you remove any negative entities or darkness from this room and my space. Call all darkness up to your light.

And visualize any entities or dark energy lifting up to Source and leaving your body and your space.

Then say:

‘Great Spirit & Creator. I ask that everything that come through today be for my best and highest good. May everything that come through heal, inspire and empower me across all dimensions of time and space. Thank you- thank you thank you.

And then Say:

The light of God surrounds me

The love of God enfolds me

The power of God protects me

The presence of God watches over me

The mind of God guides me

The life of God flows through me

The laws of God direct me

The wisdom of God abides within me

The joy of God uplifts me

The strength of God renews me

The beauty of God inspires me

Wherever I AM God is. And all is well

And then the following:

Archangel Michael and Jesus, I call upon you to protect me during this reading. Please surround me with millions of layers of pink unconditional love, and millions of layers of Christ consciousness light (golden) followed by millions of layers of Archangel Michael’s royal purple light.

Thank you thank you thank you.

Meditation to connect with your guides, angels or higher self.

Take three deep breaths. I want you to imagine a huge elevator in front of you- that stretches upwards as far as your eye can see. It is sparkling crystal. The Door opens and you step inside, and as the door closes behind you- you feel yourself descending down, down, down, going further down through the earth, past the earth’s roots, going lower and lower, further and further deep into the earth.

The elevator stops and the doors open. You step out into a huge beautiful garden. This is a sanctuary like you have never seen before with all your most favorite flowers and all the most gorgeous plants. All the most striking trees from canopies over you. You look down at your feet and notice what you are wearing. You step into the garden and everywhere you look is color and lush beautiful scenery with fruit trees bursting with ripe fruit and everything bathed in a holy soothing golden light.

You start walking along a cobbled path through the garden and you look ahead to see a bubbling stream with a beautiful wooden bridge crossing over it. You walk towards the stream and as you step onto the bridge, you see a guardian angel standing there waiting for you.

If there is no-one there please say ‘oh Creator and Spirit, send me my guardian angel now for my best and highest good. Thank you – thank you thank you.

As you step higher onto the bridge notice the guardian coming through. Is it male or female? Do you recognize this guardian? Is your guardian wearing clothes from a historical period that you are familiar with? Do they seem familiar to you? Take a moment to just observe your guardian.

Feel the sensation of their warm, loving energy resonated towards you.

If you have any questions for your guardians you may ask them now and listen for answers.

If you like you can ask the name of your guardian and listen. If might be unfamiliar or unpronounceable- this is fine.

As your guardian if there is anything they want you to know that is important right now. And Listen.

Then ask your guardian if they have any final messages for you. And Listen.

Then thank your guardian- and say farewell and you turn away and walk off the bridge, back into your beautiful garden, feeling the sun above bathing you in light- and feeling so free and safe knowing you can always return here to be with your guardian. They will always be with you and always help you with any challenges you have.

Walking towards the elevator door, the doors open and you step inside. As the doors close behind you, you feel yourself ascending up- through the earth, higher and higher- past the roots- and through the earth’s crust. The elevator door opens and you step outside feeling soothed, and safe.

Remember to use this whenever you need to find the answers to challenging questions- or when you can’t see the path forward in your life and you need guidance.

Also please remember to disconnect from Spirit afterwards by asking Archangel Michael to disconnect you now – with love and light!
