It is 8:56pm on a Friday evening.

I'm sitting in bed drinking chocolate milk still unable to make myself close my laptop, put on some binge worthy show on tv, and veg out after a long week.

I've decided that my in this blog, I'm going to throw away the already very small filter I have and just share the raw fucking truth. The stuff behind the scenes that the coaches and online content creators don't share with you on their insta stories or beautiful instagram feeds.

I'm going to vent.

I'm going to share my journey.

I'm going to talk about whatever the hell I want to talk about in that moment.

And at this moment, at 9:05pm on Friday evening, I want to talk about the shit you don't see.. The hours, the love, the hair pulling, the failures, the carefully soul inspired programs and launches that are epic failures...

As I was doing work on my computer, I always have on something in the background. Most of the time it's subliminals but...

Scenic Look-Outs

entrepenuer | Posted Nov 26, 2021

There is this look out point off of i95 on the way towards Rhode Island that I have driven past for nearly 30 years. I never actually stopped but it’s a beautiful section of land that overlooks the water and is near the beautiful town of Mystic Conn.

I never got off the highway to actually witness the scenery but every single time I drove past it I had the thought “I should check that out one day.”

Yet… I never do.

Most likely because by the time I reached this lookout, I am always so close to my destination I didn’t see the point of it.

There has to be hundreds, if not thousands of scenic overlooks around the United States. We know of them, we live near them, we drive past them, and yet we never actually take the time to pull off the road, even if it is just for 5 minutes, to appreciate the view. To pause. To breathe. To appreciate the journey thus far.

One of the biggest obstacles as a human for me is remembering the...

Back in January of 2021, my Instagram got deactivated. For months, I was battling online scam artists taking my photos, creating fake accounts, and messaging my followers telling them they were “drawn to them” and scamming them out of their hard earned money. If you are interested in learning more about this shit show, head on over to this blog post.

Now, let me get back to my story.. After my account deactivated, and after weeks of trying to reach out to Instagram in hopes they will be able to reinstate my account, I decided to give up and just start a brand new account from scratch.

During the past 11 months of having this new account, I changed my Instagram handle a handful of times. Trying on new names or branding to see if anything would fit. Nothing ever did. Nothing was ever a ‘HELL YES!’ for me. The whole idea and figuring out my brand, my online identity, was never an enjoyable experience to me. I tried so hard to make it work...

It's not about the money...

This morning I laid in bed with my head feeling like it was going to fall off. For the last three days i have been battling a nasty head cold and the mornings after being horizontal for nearly 9 hours do not help.

I laid in bed as I started thinking about all the things I had to do today.

  1. Head over to the post office to ship my fathers medicine to him.
  2. Check on my parents house, water plants, bring in packages while they are away.
  3. Grocery shop for my family of four.
  4. Shower
  5. Record a podcast episode before children get home and silence is no longer a thing.
  6. Do some behind the scenes work for my business.
  7. Record a meditation for my upcoming launch.
  8. Rotate and fold laundry

On top of getting my normal routine of:

-Getting the kids ready and on the bus by 8am

-Letting the dogs in and out 3x before 7:45am

-Starting the first load of laundry

-Feeding the dogs before they become annoying

-Attempt to finish my first cup of coffee before it gets room temperature.

4 spiritual people you should be following on Social Media..

Bringing in spirituality in your life can be a challenge. In a world infested with selfies, Kardashians, and bad news - we find it hard to keep our news feed filled with light, positivity, and love.

Through various social media outlets as well as podcasts, I have cultivated a list of my very favorite spiritual teachers to follow. The people on this list bring exceptional value and guidance! And let me tell you, I'm super picky with what I allow on my news feed.

Take a peak at who made the cut and let me know in the comments if you follow others who are worth mentioning!

1) Elizabeth April

Elizabeths positive and cheery disposition keeps you engaged and wanting to learn more. She is well known on facebook, youtube, and instagram. Although she is just 26 years old and looks like Hollister Model - this girl knows her stuff.

2) Phill Good Life

Phil is a channel, psychic, and spiritual...

What to charge in your Spiritual Business...

When you own and run a spiritual practice, setting boundaries is one of the most important things one must do in order to achieve success. When we decide to start a business or practice offering our services - whether it be energy healing, psychic reading, hypnosis, the main objective is to create revenue.

Many healers and light workers struggle with the concept of charging for their services. They find it hard to ask for money as the main purpose of the services is to heal and help the client. I understand this point of view and respect those who do not charge for services but my opinion is different.

When I decided to offer my services to the public, I knew that I wanted to treat this as a business. I wanted to create something that can help sustain my lifestyle as well as give me enough revenue to keep on re-investing in my development and skill set. I built a business to help other business owners understand the power of investing in themselves - so obviously, I...
